This is great because at the moment every penny counts and to save thousands on estate agents fees is great.

It looks like it will be a great place to buy and sell property without the added costs involved when done through the normal estate agent route.
There is a Facebook group set up for discussion in the early part of this venture.

Paddle4Relief join facebook and the website looks amazing
Everybody at P4R is very happy with the website and it has got great feedback. They have progressed with links to it through facebook and have created a Facebook group link. We have recently experienced several companies who are not paying enough attention to their meta tags and keywords.
They are very important in the optimisation of your business. If you get them wrong, it could cause problems for you even financially.
They will need to be kept updated and current and the main problem we have noticed recently is the incorrect spelling of important words.
If the keywords are wrong, and they do not match the content (body) of the website, then this could also cause problems.
In some cases, companies deliberately misspell words to attract the customer who also enter the wrong word into the search engines such as Google. What must be considered is that these phrases need to be repeated somewhere within the body text of the webpage. Do you really want incorrect words appearing on your front page?
Getting it right is all important. Portraying the correct image and professionalism is also vital.
